Orders (for in stock items) received by 2pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped that day.
Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
Free Shipping
All orders from within the 48 continental United States are shipped free of charge. If you are located elsewhere you will be presented with shipping options available for your area. Please select one from the dropdown menu at checkout.
International Shipping

Customs When ordering from d-mannose.com,
you are considered the importer of record and therefore,
you must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed and
levied when the shipment reaches your country.
You may also be assessed customs clearance or
other fees for which you will be responsible.
These charges are beyond our control and cannot be determined by us
in advance.

to list the value and nature of the goods being shipped.

opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Please call or e-mail Customer Service if:
1. You receive the wrong merchandise
2. Your order is incomplete
3. Merchandise is defective
4. Your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount
of time

DO NOT UNPACK, DESTROY OR DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOING SO MAY RESULT IN A DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM.
